and specific "Training" which is designed to limit or reduce the employer's
liability in the event of workplace issues involving employee
behavior.
- SUPERVISORY SKILLS training. "What should I do when this happens?" Employers
hire supervisors to be experts in their specific area of expertise. Typically
that does not include keeping current with employment topics such as FLSA, FMLA,
ADAAA, EEOC, USERRA, GINA, Unemployment, Worker's Compensation, Negligent
Referrals, Discriminatory Interview Questions, and other topics that will end up
with expensive litigation.
