Saddlebags:
Speaking of saddlebags, I would hope that most of you have noticed the box marked - PATROL - on the info table at the meetings. These are your personal mailboxes. Each of you has a file and if we need to get anything to you we will put it in there. So check your box at the meetings.

Deadlines:
Don't forget to pay attention to the deadlines for Troop activities. We will be sticking to them this year in an effort to keep more accountability in our events. Once the deadline is set it will be final - so keep your eye on them, we have some great trips this year and you won't want to be left out. You will need to be signed up and paid by that date.

Scout Master Conferences:
Scout Master Conferences can be arranged for any meeting - time permitting. It is always a good idea to give a one week notice if you need a Conference, that way there are no surprises for you or us. A Conference should be scheduled with Mr. Knox. Come to the Conference in Class A uniforms and ready to be tested on any of the requirements you have passed for the rank you are trying to finish. Don't forget your book!

Board of Review
After you have completed all the requirements for your rank, you need to schedule a Board of Review. These need to be scheduled through Mr. Burgess - Advancement Chair. You will need to contact him and get on the list. Board of Reviews are scheduled to take place, if needed, the third Tuesday of each month, but remember - this is by appointment only. Do not show up expecting a Board if you have not arranged for one.
You need to be in complete Class A uniform and you need to bring your handbook for review.
